I do store your email address, so I can email responses. I'm not responsible if someone does some crazy devil-work and breaks into my database and is able to retrieve your email address. BUT I do keep the thing pretty secure. This is a Rails site. I'm using an undisclosed database type and I'm very confident in its security. I don't provide any way for SQL Injection.
